Dr. Morgan, a board certified pediatric ophthalmologist, earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University and completed his ophthalmology training at Northwestern University Medical Center and St. Louis University Health Science Center. He completed his fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital and is member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, the National Medical Association, and the Morris County Medical Society.

A former associate professor at SUNY Downstate, Dr. Morgan speaks internationally regarding implementing pediatric practices in emerging nations. He has been recognized by New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Family magazines as a "Top Doc," and has received a Patient Choice Award as a "Compassionate Doctor."
