To maximize patient safety during the COVID crisis we have instituted new office policies.
-Only one guardian per patient will be permitted in office. No extra siblings.
-All patients over 2 years of age and all parents will need to wear a mask
-To decrease waiting room time, please complete all patient forms (available on this website) and bring with you on the day of appointment. Failure to do this will delay your appointment.
-If you, your child, or a family member has symptoms, do not come to office. Please reschedule.
-For patients that need to be dilated prior to exam, please fill your prescription a week before your exam and place the drops into both eyes 60 and 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
